We are the Leon family, and each of us works in different roles in our company. Our parents, Jesus and Maria Leon, were born in Jalisco, Mexico and relocated the family to Minnesota in the early 90's. Over the years they raised nine of us... kids, that is. Those of us who are old enough are actively involved in all aspects of the restaurants. From architecture and construction, to equipment repair and maintenance, to electrical engineering, cooking, catering, menu planning, bartending and of course the day to day running of the restaurants, we do it all.
