About
Specialties: Albariño Restaurant features Spanish-inspired dishes, using the best ingredients New Jersey, and the mid-Atlantic region, have to offer. Our tapas, paella, sangria, and predominantly regional Spanish wine list are created and curated with love and care. Established in 2017. Albariño is the Galician name for the wine grape grown in Galicia, in northwest Spain, where it is used to make varietal white wines. It is believed to have been brought to Spain by Cluny monks in the twelfth century.
Pulpo, or octopus, is a signature Galician specialty, traditionally cooked whole in a large pan, then cut into small pieces and seasoned with paprika, salt and virgin olive oil. The combination of the octopus and name, Albariño, link the cuisine and wine of the region together into one cohesive concept of seafood and wine.
At the core of Terra Momo's culinary philosophy is a deep appreciation for a "taste of place". We believe that food should speak eloquently of its provenance - its soil, its climate and the people who nurture it. True to our motto, Eat Locally, Drink Globally, Albariño Restaurant will feature Spanish-inspired dishes, using the best ingredients New Jersey, and the mid-Atlantic region, have to offer.
