As siblings raised in southern Vietnam, we went on to make our lives in Utah. In March 2015, we opened All Chay in the vibrant Rose Park neighborhood of Salt Lake City. Our goal was to create a space for healthy vegan and Vietnamese food just minutes from downtown SLC. The "chay" in All Chay means "vegetarian" in Vietnamese and we offer familiar favorites like banh mi and comfort food like pho and bun thit nuong. Our dishes are 100% vegan and always delicious.
