Chef Dana Honn's menu is built upon the rich, multi-cultural culinary influences found throughout the Caribbean, Central and South America, West Africa, Southeast Asia, Gulf South and beyond, featuring eclectic and traditional/traditionally-inspired dishes with an emphasis on fresh, local ingredients, as well as unique and little-known flavors from around the world. “Origins to table” is the term Honn uses to describe the narratives of the dishes, connecting ingredients to food traditions and ultimately the people who originally created those traditions. From our fresh local seafood and produce to heritage and organic meats, Carmo caters to vegans, vegetarians, pescatarians and omnivores alike for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Established in 2010.
