Casa Azteca has served the South Bay with its incredible menu of Mexican Cuisine since 1980. From their irresistible chips and authentic salsa to their famous enchiladas, Casa Azteca has continued to impress its customers from the beginning. Casa Azteca means the House of the Aztecs and was named in honor of the Aztec Indians of Mexico and their wonderful traditions by the founders, Humberto (Beto) and Socorro Cardenas.
Believe it or not it all started in a tiny little town of Atengo, Mexico where although they never met as children, they were both born there. Beto moved away at the age of 3 and it was in 1965 that a chance meeting in North Hollywood, CA was the beginning of this love story. In 1974 they married and the dream of opening their own restaurant was started. Beto's love for food and amazing ability in the kitchen along with Socorro's friendly and warm personality made them the perfect match to provide a wonderful customer experience.
