Cassava started as a method of survival during the midst of COVID-19 around July 2020. Shortly, the "hobby" began turning heads by providing tasty, exciting and unique desserts, classes, and custom cakes for local and national customers. ​ At Cassava, we believe in providing fresh ingredients, quality products, and bold flavors to every customer we serve.
