Specialties: At Catrina's Mexican Restaurant, we pride ourselves on bringing authentic Mexican flavors and dishes from Mexico to Minnesota. Catrinas opened our first restaurant in Oakdale, MN in late 2014, our second in St. Anthony in 2016, our third location in St. Paul on Wabasha St July 2018, and our St Paul Skyway location in 2020 at the First National Bank Building. Founders Lorenzo Tejeda and Paul Marshall focus on bringing you everything fresh, authentic, and locally sourced. All food is made in house by the owners and chefs on a daily basis and served in a fast-casual taqueria setting. See you soon! Established in 2014. Owners Paul and Lorenzo created this taco and burrito shop after many years of restaurant work. Catrinas is independentlying owned and not a chain. Lunches are very busy Monday to Friday.
