Building from Success The Chenza dream became a reality in 2018 as Chenza’s Cruzin Cuisine, an Italian Food truck business that grew to become one of Long Island’s favorites. We were featured on radio stations, made tons of appearances at festivals and events across the island and catered to special events and celebrations from birthday parties to weddings and more. Now, Chenza is branching out and putting down roots as a brick and mortar restaurant that not only serves delicious tacos quesadillas, burritos, and lots of other deliciousness but will offer Chenza food products for sale as well.
