My father served street food to New Yorkers for a few decades, and they loved it. I'll be sharing those same cherished recipes with you all down here. Natural chicken that's free from pesticides and antibiotics.  Falafel that's house-made with authentic spices. Pitas and platters, simple yet so satisfying. House-made sauce that's the real deal.
