Specialties: Deby's is a dedicated gluten free bakery specializing in breads and pastries, including doughnuts, Danishes and cinnamon rolls. Established in 2004. Deby's started with owner, Monica Poole's desperation to bake food her family would eat. In 1998, when one of her children developed celiac disease, the food choices were dismal. Monica started mixing various flour blends and happened on one that worked amazingly well. She shared that flour with a few friends and pretty soon had people wanting her special blend. Not too long after, people were asking her to make the cookies and breads. She figured there was a business to be had. That business began officially in 2004 with the doors to Deby's opening in 2005. They remain in the same location today.
