Dr. Janice Cristobal

Janice Cristobal, MD, is a board-certified Family Medicine physician and a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP). She earned her medical degree from the University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center in the Philippines and her undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh, with research experience in Alzheimer’s, Substance Use Disorders, and Childhood Depression. Dr. Cristobal has been recognized with the Outstanding PGY-3 and PGY-2 Resident of the Year awards at Northwell/Northshore University Hospital and is fluent in English, Tagalog, and proficient in Spanish.
