Esra Realty LLC, originally known as Edward’s Sisters Realty, was founded in 1926 by Millicent, Sarah and Lucille Edwards. These sisters chased their American dream and migrated from Guyana, South America to the USA for greater opportunity. They settled in Harlem and recognized a lack of community housing. They filled that need by founding the oldest black-owned and operated real estate firm in New York State. Their commitment and love for Harlem has passed down through generations and has allowed ESRA Realty LLC to remain a stable fixture within the ever-changing New York real estate market. Current owners, M. Russell Grey and Aden Seraile represent the 3rd generation of the business.
