Specialties: We proudly serve Eclectic Mexican-American dishes, often made with local and organic produce. Our restaurant is very cozy and compact. Enjoy this roadside cafe! Established in 1990. Chef Colin Ambrose opened Estia's in Amagansett, New York in 1990 and moved the restaurant and it's vegetable garden to the Sag Harbor turnpike location in 1999.
