Specialties: Heritage India provides authentic Indian cuisine to the greater Washington, DC area Established in 1999. Sanjeev Tuli, promoter and owner of the Heritage Group started his career with the world-renowned Oberoi Group of Hotels. An alumnus of The Oberoi School of Hotel Management, Sanjeev has held high-level positions in the Group's Hotels in India, Nepal, Srilanka and Egypt. Noteworthy is the fact that all these hotels were listed as The Leading Hotels of the World. Subsequently, Sanjeev moved to Germany where he established a chain of 'Jewel of India' restaurants in Frankfurt, Offenbach, Wiesbaden and went on to expand to the Czech Republic with a 'jewel' in the historic city of Prague. With enough credentials in running fine dining restaurants in Europe, Sanjeev moved to USA to begin his Heritage India restaurants in Washington DC.
