Chef Tony Pham, a Le Cordon Bleu graduate, has had many years working in hospitality in Vietnam. Carrying a dream of open up a Vietnamese restaurant which offers healthy fresh food to Sierra Vista, where his family lives, to the USA, he attended to school and worked for many restaurants in town. In June, 2013 Chef Tony opened Indochine.
