Victor Rojas, who's worked in the restaurant business since he was a young boy, dreamed of bringing the tastes and flavors from his hometown Huánuco, a city in central Peru to Hell's Kitchen. Having first moved to New York City in 2005, Victor worked hard to facilitate the opening of INTI Peruvian Restaurant in 2011. By showing up every day, giving the restaurant his all, and turning out amazing food, he's managed to win the hearts of visitors and locals alike. He's worked hard to build a place that Hell's Kitchen locals can visit for an uncompromising Peruvian dining experience. Hard work, honesty, and integrity lie at the heart of INTI Peruvian Restaurant.
