The restaurant was inspired and named after Prince’s mother, who grew up in the South. She taught him the art of hospitality at a very young age. After 15 years of operating restaurants, they saw an opportunity during the pandemic to bring his dream of owning a restaurant to life and couldn't be happier to be in downtown Los Angeles.
