White Sauce!! Established in 2001. The restaurant was established in 2001 by well known Afghan restauranteurs Noor and Trina Shair. The restaurant is a family affair and was built on the back of their first success Kabul Kabab House in Flushing, N.Y until 1999, when they came to Long Island. The restaurant Kabul Grill has been a major success and considered easily the best Afghan restaurant in Long Island, and perhaps The United States. "KG" is world renowned for their White Sauce. Now Noor and Trina take a backseat role and allow their young nephew and niece to oversee the place!
