Kuenko is the first food concept from the successful Spanish restaurant group Grupo Kabuki to open in the United States. Grupo Kabuki operates several celebrated restaurants around the world. Four of their restaurants are Michelin Star rated, and many others are highly respected for their innovation and food quality. Our executive chef, Ricardo Sanz, is a world-renowned Spanish chef who has created many unique dishes that have been imitated by many chefs around the world due to their admiration of his superior skills.
