Marifel Mitzi Flores Fernandez, MD

I joined HealthPartners in 2011, and more recently TRIA and Park Nicollet, to be a part of the Twin Cities’ sports medicine community. I specialize in primary care sports medicine, which includes non-operative orthopedic care of the recreational and competitive athlete of all ages. I have a special interest in running injuries, acute injury management and the masters athlete. I enjoy helping people get back to their sport, prevent injuries from overuse, and to continue to stay active when living with arthritis. I’m excited to hear from anyone who needs help maintaining an active lifestyle or is thinking about starting one.
