Mr. Sunil Kumar, Executive Chef at Marigold Maison and master of Indian Cuisine, has 18 years of experience in the restaurant industry. Mr. Kumar previously co-owned a series of Indian restaurants in the New England Region, and served as the Master Chef for Cedar Steakhouse at Foxwoods Casino in Connecticut. He has been an integral part of Marigold Maison when the doors opened in 2014, from menu development to preparation. Growing up he spent most of his time at his family's restaurant in Punjab, India. In 2007 he moved to Phoenix, Arizona to embark on his career at Bombay Spice, a new Phoenix Indian Restaurant with a unique vision on Indian food.
