Mandi the owner has worked for the previous owner for 16 years she started when she was 14 became a hostess then waitress then learned management skills and was offered the opportunity to buy the restaurant. She took up the opportunity learning recipes and the business while working there so long. The Moose hill keeps recipes constant, fresh and affordable so customers don't have to eat fast food to eat affordably and fast.
