Established in 1972. Mrs. Testuko Nakato started the Atlanta location in 1972 along with her son, Kenzo Nakato and Hiroe Nakato. The Atlanta location was originally on Piedmont Road but now faces Cheshire Bridge after their build out in 1991. There are currently a total of 5 Nakato locations in the southeast region ALL still owned and operated by Nakato family members.
