Juan Rendon Chef For the last 25 years, award-winning Head Chef Juan Rendon has been the outgoing and friendly face behind the delicious food at the Old Town 500 Club Bar & Grill. With over 35 years of experience starting while he was still in high school, Chef Juan loves what he does and considers it part of his job to make everyone who walks in the door feel special. On any given day, Chef Juan can be found creating dishes ranging from the popular shish kabob and prime rib to seafood and pasta dishes, meatloaf and so much more. He believes the most flavorful cuisine is made simply with the best, highest quality products and with every meal he cooks.
