We have carefully created our menu so that there is food for everyone at Parsley, meat and chicken lovers, vegetarians, vegans and children (our chicken schnitzel and fries is a big favorite!). We even have options for guests who follow a gluten free or the Paleo diet plan. Established in 2011. The Legacy: Parsley Modern Mediterranean is the trademark of our family owned and operated small restaurant business on the South-East side of town in Paradise, NV. Originally a very humble, small location, open 7 days a week from 10am to 9pm, to serve lunch and dinner to the local community of the city. We became famous for our fresh foods, our bold flavors, our affordable prices, and for serving the very best mediterranean dishes in town. Our current patrons drive from everywhere, constantly requesting we'd consider opening shop across the opposite side of the city. And we've decided to listen!
