Charcoal chicken rotisserie over an open flame with its flamboyant oven being the main attraction as Houstonian's from different parts of the world make their ways through the doors. Established in 1992. Our business is family owned and operated since 1992. Our goal from day one has been to bring houstonians a South American style rotisserie chicken over charcoal accompanied with home made sides and goodies.
