Specialties: Family owned and operated, serving West Odessa since 1995. Family oriented restaurant, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner all day, everyday. Monday-Saturday from 8am-9pm Established in 1995. We opened the doors to Polo’s Mexican Food January 5th 1995 with the hope of serving the Permian Basin for years. 25 years later we have been more than blessed to be able to do just that. With a couple of small rooms we had a seating capacity of around 40. With the help of my wife Evelyn, kids Alfonso, Jennie, and April. We were able to begin a dream that for many years was more a thought than a reality. A BIG thanks to all of our customers over all of these years that helped make this a dream come true. We’ve expanded a little more and now seats just a bit over 200. Our children have grown now and our son Alfonso now runs the day to day operations with the help of his wife and kids. April has taken over the office side of business and handles all operations in that department. Jennie moved to Ft Worth, took a different path but is still much involved in the advertising area. A special thanks to our 30+ staff members, because without them we wouldn’t be here today.
