Located at the historic Morrison House in Charlotte's Fourth Ward, Poplar offers a relaxed atmosphere in refined surroundings. Bruno Macchiavello, an experienced Peruvian chef has created a menu that features Tapas of the World inspired in his native Peru's cuisine as well as travels around the globe.
