Specialties: The idea for the restaurant was born during a meal at a Mexico City market stall where there were no steam tables, minimal separation between cook and diner - instant community. We encourage community with our guests by having an open kitchen. We offer free-range rotisserie chicken and turkey for both eat-in and take-out orders. We are committed to using organic, local, and sustainable foods whenever possible.
