Specialties: We are a family owned Mexican barbecue we call it "Mexicue"! We take our meat cookery very seriously but also specialize in great vegan/veggie options utilizing as much local product as possible. We love making our guests happy and we are passionate about what we do! We started out with a food truck in 2011 and opened our first store paring in 2015. We try and make everything from scratch and we don't use microwaves. #tacoarmy Established in 2011. After graduating culinary school the owner worked in several restaurants and hotels where he found his love for Mexican and Barbecue food. Righteous Cuisine started out in a food truck in 2011 and then moved into a brick and mortar location in Grand Haven MI in 2015. Righteous Cuisine takes pride in utilizing as many local ingredients as possible, being green, and not using microwaves. #tacoarmy
