Specialties: The theme of Saffron Circle is an Indian love story; both the food and décor will take guests on a journey to happily ever after. Enjoy a modern take on Indian cuisine in a romantic setting, and experience a new tasting sharing menu that contains multiple dishes for one set price. Unlike the other three locations, this new restaurant offers a full bar including wine, beer, and cocktails. Established in 2019. The first restaurant opened in 2011 as Saffron Valley Indian Street Food Café in South Jordan, UT. The second location opened in the Avenues in 2013 as Saffron Valley East India Café. The third Saffron Valley restaurant opened in Sugar House in 2017. Having recently undergone renovations and a dynamic rebrand, the locations are now known as: * Saffron Canteen - South Jordan: offers a fast casual dining experience serving Indian Comfort Food * Saffron Colonial - Avenues near Downtown SLC: offers family style dining for Classic Indian Cuisine * Saffron Bistro - Sugar House: offers contemporary casual dining and dishes from a Modern Indian Kitchen * Saffron Circle - Riverton: opened August 1, 2019 and offers romantic dining from a Craft Indian Kitchen. The mission at Saffron Valley is to provide authentic, made-from-scratch Indian food using fresh ingredients and exotic flavors that will educate and excite the palate while surprising each guest with high quality, personal service.
