Specialties: Saffron Valley Sugar House is a unique venue featuring part restaurant, part market and part chai house. The menu includes a mix of authentic Indian favorites for which Saffron Valley has become known: samosa and pakora appetizers, kebabs, curries, biryanis and dosas. Chai, lassis and cakes and pastries from the bakery are also available. In the market section at the front of the store, there are spices and spice blends, chutneys, preserves, pickles and other ingredients for cooking and baking Indian food at home. The restaurant features communal tables and event space for private parties. Set in an Indian inspired style, an eclectic display of brass and copper decor, lighting and bright colors set stage for a fun evening while you indulge your senses with an exceptional selection of light fare and flavorfully complex dishes. Established in 2010.
