Ask for a "chile guerito" on the side! Oscar began his career in a lunch truck in the early 80s. Here, he became known for his quick serving skills and deliciously prepared cocktails. Along with his family, he founded El Taco Nazo. After years of success, Oscar decided to open up his first solo venture in Chino. Oscar quickly started to foster a loyal and dedicated fanbase. He and a few family members ultimately rebranded El Taco Nazo into what is now known as Señor Baja. Now the current President of the company, Oscar has expanded to locations in Chino Hills, Anaheim Hills, and even Riverside.
