As a youngster growing up in Bosnia (formerly Yugoslavia), Dr. Miroslav Stanic dreamed about becoming a dentist but never thought he would be one. When he came to the United States, he became the first person in his family to further his education after high school. Then he fulfilled his dream when he achieved his dental degree at Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in 1989. Since then, he has extended his training in Invisalign® teeth aligners, periodontics, dentures, and relieving pain due to jaw joint dysfunction and misalignment.
