Dr. Philip Tangalos grew up in Shelby Township, MI and attended Eisenhower High School. He earned his Bachelor’s degree at the University of Michigan, his Master’s degree at Wayne State University, and his medical degree at Michigan State University. He completed his residency in downtown Detroit in family medicine in the Detroit Medical Center hospitals. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, enjoys the outdoors, and playing golf. He is most grateful to be serving the health care needs of the community in which he grew up.
