Specialties: A Southwestern scratch kitchen known for its award winning wine list and margaritas Established in 1997. Stokes was founded by Gayle Carstens and Executive Chef John Urisck in 1997. They later opened a second location in Omaha's Old Market. In 2009, Stokes expanded by taking over the restaurant next door and added a private dining room and second patio.
