The Perusini family has been an integral part of Friulian viticulture since the early 19th century when Giacomo Perusini resurrected the winemaking practices in the region. Giacomo, alongside his brother Giampaolo, worked tirelessly on the vineyard and in the winery to revive the native grape varietals that up until that point had been mostly disregarded.
