Capoeira Angola is a beautiful Afro-Brazilian art form that combines fight, rhythm, movement, music, philosophy, and so much more! Join Nico Zuluaga of Southern California's branch of N'golo Preto Velho de Mestre Themba to learn about the culture, music, and all fundamental movement in this 2 hour workshop which serves as an incredible and fun full-body workout and gateway into deeper realms of the Self, the Spirit, Ancestral Guidance, and Community.
