Craft Lake City Workshop: Tri-Color Gnocchi Back by popular demand! Join us as we explore Argentina’s tasty Italian import, gnocchi pasta with instructor Ana Valdemoros. Participants will get to learn how to craft three vegetarian-friendly recipes for the pillowy pasta dumplings, using potatoes, beets and spinach to create three vibrant varieties. Workshop attendees will then master new techniques as they mix, cut, fold and cook the gnocchi. The workshop will conclude with attendees enjoying their culinary creations with delicious sauce prepared by Ana. You’ll want to serve gnocchi with every dish after this class!
