You're Invited to the Ecstatic Dance Spring and Cacao Ceremony 🌸🤎🌸 Join us for an evening of deep connection with the breath, our hearts, music, and each other. The intention of the event is to join forces and energy to create a space of release, healing, and integration. We will come together in ceremony to honor our bodies, spirit and mind. We begin with individual sage cleansing and an introduction circle, acknowledging each other's divine presence as we close our eyes and delve into a breathwork session to connect with our life force. After connecting with our breath, we will commence the heart opening cacao ceremony. The ceremonial cacao for the ceremony comes from the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta on the Carribbean coast.
