This Wellness Dancing incorporates latin moves from genres such: Salsa, Salsa choke, Bachata, Merengue, Lambada, Champeta, and more. After the Dancing class, you will get a mindfulness session with stretching and breathing tecnhiques to relax your body. Treat yourself with movement, as you support your body and mind to heal and recharge!
