The sound of the ocean will lead you through this magic journey to the inner peace ✨ Sunrise yoga on the beach with Sofia is a basic Vinyasa Yoga class for all levels. Imagine starting your day with the mindful practice in the heart of Miami beach with the beautiful sound of the ocean and spectacular sunrise! Time: every Wednesday 7:30 am Place: South Pointe Beach (We meet near Jetty Lifeguard Tower at the end of the beach). There is free parking until 9 am in front of Nikki Beach! Please bring your own yoga mat or towel.
