Moser Manor Farms presents The Asado Experience featuring Chef Mariano Cebrian of Panoram Asado as seen on Cooking Channel’s Man Fire Food. “We often get asked, "What is Asado?" An asado is a grilled feast around the fire. It's Argentina's most celebrated tradition, and is deep rooted in our culture. It centers around entertaining and serving people. It's about human connection. It's about creating an environment to slow down, to ignore the clock and to open your senses to the smells, sights, and stories around the fire. We believe the greatest enjoyment of food comes with variety. We hand-select the best meats and vegetables locally, and roast them long and slow over an open flame. Our menus are designed to showcase all of the Argentine classics paired with our own signature dish
