Zach Edwards & The Medicine is a five-piece southern rock/soul/blues band based in Acadiana. With a distinct sound of the south, the band omits electric waves of audible nostalgia paying homage to the greats that came before them (Allman Brothers, Lynyrd Skynyrd, The Doors). Singer-songwriter Zach Edwards started his musical journey at the age of 7 in Houston, Texas. A distant uncle gave him the red Stratocaster you see him play live at shows, only to have said uncle mysteriously vanish and never return. Thus solidifying the young man’s destiny of taking the stage.
