SLC Krishna Temple Love Feasts

Congenial gathering of spiritual seekers and practitioners for kirtan, power points, followed by a sumptuous meal of Krishna prasadam. First held in 1966, the Founder Acharya of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness, Srila Prabhupada, would personally cook the 12 course meals. He would serve the devotees a variety of tasty Indian vegetarian preparations. But there was more to the “Sunday Love (of God) Feast” than eating. Prabhupada would also sing the Hare Krishna Maha Mantra with the guests & give a talk on the Bhagavad Gita (‘Song of God’ ). Now this weekly festival is open to the public in all the 850 Hare Krishna temples around the world. Come join us every Sunday for the Love Feast. No one leaves hungry for a taste of the Divine!
